    Abstract [en]

    Purpose with this work is to examine how preschool teacher discript theirs approach on disruptive children comrade relation and play with other children and theirs way to work or method in treatment to disruptive behavior children. How discript preschool teacher and homogenueous work method+ Experience preschool teacher reason to disruptive behavior children on a individual-, group- and organization leve+ To examine this questions I have used a half structure interview whith eight preschool teachers. Research emphasize a soul searching of their own treatment and the importantce to have right instrctor individual or in working team. Result showed that preschool teachers describe disruptive behavior children as a child who take place, are very laud and will seem. Children attributed quality´s as row, messy and deviant. Sourse whit disruptive behavior children considered all preschool teacher was in first manual individual minded. None of the preschool teacher mentions theirs on treatment as a contributes cause. None of the preschool teacher had in theirs working team a composed method for develop disruptive behavior children play with other children but considered it last important at been with the children play for that develop childrens play development. Result showed that it was not always so because the big children groups or personnel shortage.
