This essay is about manager and their leadership. The questions that this essay is built up on is How managers define their own leadership How the managers act according to working placemeetings and co-working meetings? How define managers good working environment? To answer those questions we have used qualitative method. We have interviewed four leaders with responsibility for co- worker who is working at special home for disable people in a smaller municipality in Skåne. In ours result we have worked up our interviews and finally to connect with ours analysis have we used humanistic approach, leader styles and situational focused leadership. Our conclusion is that managers have different leadership. The managers said that good working environment was when the environment was allowing with a “high roof” and respect for each other.
